The Yamaha TX16W is a (velocity and aftertouch) sensitive 2U rack (16 voice multitimbral) 12 bit sampler, featuring stereo|mono sampling (stereo:33.3kHz mono:16.7|33.3|50kHz), multimode (notch or low, high, or band pass) filter, dedicated (pitch, filter, and amp) 4 stage EGs, dedicated (timbre, filter, and performance) LFOs (saw, square, triangle waveforms), line/mic input, stereo and 8 individual outputs, DSDD floppy drive, MIDI interface, and 32 presets. Sample editing includes loop crossfade, reverse, splice, and truncate.
